Sumita Dave is an accomplished academician with extensive experience in management education. Currently serving as a Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean of the Faculty of Management & Commerce and Director of Amity Business School at Amity University Chhattisgarh, she excels in academic leadership, curriculum design, and industry collaboration. With a notable track record as Principal and Professor at various institutions, she has significantly contributed to program development and faculty training. She is also a registered supervisor for a Ph.D. at Amity University, Raipur. Six scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees under her supervision. Dr. Dave's research prowess shines through numerous publications and presentations in national and international conferences, focusing on areas such as retail, organizational transformation, and emotional intelligence.
