He has received his/ her Ph.D. degree from Central university of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala, India in 2019. His/ her research areas include leadership, e-training, AI, entrepreneurship and resilience. He has published 25 number of research articles in International Journals and books, 3 patents and 5 number of copyrights.
