Sushil Kalyani

Sushil Kalyani is an Associate Professor of Finance & Accounting in the Management Area of NU. He has 21 years of experience in academia and the corporate world and has been associated with NU since 2012. His teaching interests are Financial Reporting and Analysis, Management Accounting and Control, Project Finance, Financial Derivatives, Risk Management, Financial Modelling and Valuation, and Wealth. He is a PhD in Accounting & Finance, holder of PG Diploma in Foreign Trade, PG Diploma in Financial Management, PGCPF - IIM Indore, MBA (Finance), MA (Business Economics), CA (Inter), Accounting Technician, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, UGC NET (Management), and a B. Com. His research areas are Corporate Governance, Blockchain Technology, and its Adoption in Finance, ESG Reporting, IFRS, Earning Management and Financial Personality Types of Investors along with Sustainable Finance and Green Economy. He has many papers published in peer reviewed journals and has 7 patents in his kitty. Prior to joining NU, Prof Kalyani worked in various educational institutions including the International Management Institute (IMI).
