T. J. Kamalanabhan

T. J. Kamalanabhan received his M.Phil. (Psychology) in 1983 and Ph.D. (Organizational Psychology) in 1987 from the University of Madras. He has been published extensively in international and national journals and conferences and is a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education, Editorial Board Member for Journal of Psychometry, Member of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, and Editorial board member for the Journal of Human Resource Development Review. He was awarded the DAAD Fellowship in 1998, the Fulbright Fellowship in 2002, and the Erasmus Mundus Teaching Fellowship in 2010, His research interests include Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior.
