Theresa T. Obuobisa-Darko

Theresa Obuobisa-Darko holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management both from University of Ghana and an MA in Organisational Development from University of Cape Coast. Theresa is a Professor in Human Resource Management in the Department of Human Resource Management in her University. She has experience in teaching and research. Her research interest includes Leadership in Organisation, Performance Management, Conflict Management, Employee Health and Safety, and Employee Engagement. Theresa has published in peer reviewed journals and presented papers at both international and national conferences.
