Tuğba Konaklı graduated from Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Education, Department of Classroom Teaching. She completed her master's degree in Kocaeli University, Department of Educational Administration in 2005 academic year and her PhD in 2011. She is currently working as Associate Professor at Kocaeli University, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Administration.
