Ute Stoltenberg

Ute Stoltenberg was professor of education for sustainable development and sustainability science at Leuphana University Lueneburg, Germany. Since 1995, she has been involved in shaping the concept of education for sustainable development in theory and practice, for different areas of education (kindergarten, school, teacher education, non-formal education, university) but also in its significance for municipal and regional development. Fundamental to this were research projects with the participation of practical partners. She participates in international UNESCO networks and activities and is committed to the implementation of ESD at national level.
