Valerie A. Lee

Valerie Lee is an instructor in the department of Health and Human Performance at Albany State University. She received her B.S. in Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Albany State University and her M.Ed. in Exercise Science from Auburn University. Valerie is currently pursuing an Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance at Concordia University Chicago. Since starting her career at Albany State University, Valerie completed certification in ACSM/Exercise is Medicine (EIM). With interests in health and wellness, she partners with colleagues, and students in the University’s Center of Undergraduate Research. All of her spare time is devoted to her two small children.
