Veronica Ngozi Ekundayo

Veronica Ekundayo (LL.B.(Hons) B.L, LL.M, Ph.D. FCIS). An Associate Professor at the School of Law and Security Studies, Babcock University, Ogun State where she currently teaches. She was a research scholar at the Center for Commercial Law, Queen Mary University of London in 2016. A chartered company secretary and a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria. She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK, the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers, and the Law and Society Association. She authored and co-authored several research articles in academic journals both locally and internationally and also chapter contributions to many published books. Her career objective is to impart knowledge to the younger generation by bringing to bear experiences in the corporate world into legal education. Area of expertise is corporate law and governance, labour law, and commercial law.
