Yıldız Uzuner

Yıldız Uzuner received her Ph.D. in Special Education Division of Hearing Impairment from the University of Cincinnati in the United States. In 1993, she completed her doctoral dissertation titled ” An Investigation of A Hearing Mother’s Reading Aloud Efforts to Her Preschool Age Hearing And Hearing Impaired Children Before Bedtime “. She works as a lecturer (also researcher) at Anadolu University, Faculty of Education, Department of Special Education, Department of Hearing Impaired Education. In addition to her thirty-eight years of experience in the language development and education of children with hearing loss, she is also an expert in qualitative research methods.
