Abstract

In recent years, the number of e-commerce netizen users in China has grown dramatically, and e-commerce users who shop online have also grown rapidly. In this competitive environment, the rapid development of e-commerce has also risen rapidly. Therefore, it is very necessary to actively carry out research on e-commerce models for cloud computing and internet of things technology. The purpose of this article is mainly to explore the research on e-commerce model for cloud computing and internet of things technology and establish a model for cloud computing and internet of things. It has data mining and distribution functions to test multiple indicators such as cloud computing facilities and enterprise performance. The research results show that the number of complaints on the e-commerce model based on cloud computing and internet of things technology is 2,368; the number of complaints on the B2B e-commerce model is 19,955; the number of complaints on the B2C e-commerce model is 5,016; the number of complaints in C2C e-commerce was 51,854.

1. Introduction

In 2018, the promotion of various large-scale e-commerce shopping platforms pushed the new development trend of China's online shopping market to a new peak (Weber, 2015).

With the continuous steady development and technological progress of China's information electronic technology, Rahman et.al (2017) has proposed high-end information technology has been widely used and developed into many application fields that penetrate people's daily life. Cloud computing technology is a comprehensive information computing and processing method. The continuous development of the core technology of the Internet of Things must always rely on core technologies such as ultra-high-efficiency data storage and high-quality computing processing capabilities. Muhammad et.al (2015) has proposed the core technology of cloud computing will continue to be an important technical foundation for the development of Internet of Things technology Chen (2019) has proposed it combines various cloud computing data technologies in the intelligent Internet of Things system to complete the process control and data management of the entire system Kenneth et.al (2015), Cherrier (2017) has proposed Fatima analyzed the impact of RFID technology on e-commerce in the analysis of the impact of the Internet of things on e-commerce commodity circulation.
