Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to improve the theoretical system of teacher's intelligent training, build a teacher's intelligent training platform, build an intelligent training course resource and establish a teacher's intelligent training mechanism. This article mainly uses the methods of investigation and interviews to analyze the status quo of teachers' professional development, existing problems, and research needs. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 46.7% of participants were in favor of smart training, but there were also 70 people who believed that the biggest difficulty in smart training was the lack of a relatively fixed and effective platform. Therefore, it is necessary to design an intelligent training platform to provide a good platform for teachers to learn.

2. Literature Review

2.1 Theory of Intelligent Training

Teacher training is an effective way and an important way to promote the professional development of teachers. How to improve the pertinence, effectiveness of teacher training and innovative training models have become the focus of attention among the educationists (Baig et al., 2020). The teacher's intelligent training system with core functional models such as teacher model, content model and recommendation model believe that through the construction of modules such as learning analysis, learning support and learning intervention system, personalized learning path planning, appropriate learning resource recommendation and refinement can be realized to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teacher research and training (Hirashima et al., 2017).

On this basis, based on the concept of non-linear learning, clarify system function positioning and demand analysis, sort out the core elements of teacher training, and design a teacher's intelligent training system that includes a teacher's individual characteristics analysis module, a training resource accurate push module, and a training feedback evaluation module. The research results can be used to optimize the design of teacher's intelligent training system (Farah et al., 2018; Mullins, Holland & Cunneen, 2021).
