The Medical Tourism Industry is undergoing a transformative shift with the introduction of an innovative AI-based mental health care framework. The study emphasizes the critical need for personalized mental health supervision in the context of medical tourism and demonstrates the successful integration of AI-driven data analysis to address this need. By leveraging wearable technology and sophisticated algorithms, this innovative approach ensures the holistic well-being of medical tourists through proactive mental health care interventions. Overall, the implementation of this AI-driven framework promises to enhance the overall medical tourism experience by providing comprehensive and personalized mental health support.

1. Introduction

The ever-evolving realm of medical tourism, in which individuals seek specialist treatment overseas, is placing a greater emphasis on mental health (Gajić et al., 2023). As the need for individualized mental health monitoring during medical tourism continues to rise, this study is investigating a novel strategy that integrates AI with wearable tech as a possible response. These state-of-the-art technologies can revolutionize mental health treatment, which might be a remarkable experience for medical tourists (Pussakham, 2023). This chapter will provide some context for the study and examine the role of mental health in medical tourism. Medical tourists now have access to state-of-the-art equipment that can track their vital signs in real-time and suggest the most effective treatment options, all thanks to advancements in wearable tech and artificial intelligence (Krishnamurthi et al., 2021). By pooling human and technological resources, this project aims to establish a ground-breaking framework for mental health treatment, seeking to protect the mental health of medical tourists. This chapter's organization aims to help the reader understand the many steps that make up the study learning process. The study reviewed the research on mental health treatment and medical tourism to get things off the ground (Kumar et al., 2023). New and improved algorithms and techniques for machine learning could be possible thanks to the results of this study. In addition, the study provides an in-depth description of the meticulous data analysis that was carried out utilizing information collected from wearable devices that capture video, audio, and physical metrics. After years of research and development, a state-of-the-art system for monitoring and controlling mental health concerns was born; it is now well-known for its precision, dependability, and straightforward suggestions (Comito et al., 2022). This study paves the way for a more comprehensive strategy to improve medical tourists' health, ushering in a new age of human-machine collaboration. This chapter concludes with an outlook on the future of mental health care, specifically on how this innovative AI-based system can enhance medical tourism generally and provide proactive mental health protection.

Artificial intelligence (AI) applications in healthcare may improve treatment planning, diagnose patients more accurately, and analyze medical data.
