Abstract

FlexPDE solves partial differential equations that are linear or nonlinear using the finite element method. A user-written script is used by FlexPDE to solve the equation system. The user can enter the problem's geometry, equations, boundary conditions, and other parameters using this script. Topics connected to FlexPDE, such as various script components, meshing, boundary conditions, and solving non-linear problems, have been examined in this chapter. FlexPDE uses finite element analysis to solve linear or non-linear partial differential equations. Systems may represent static boundary value, time-dependent initial/boundary value, or eigenvalue problems.
