In this context, law firms, as in so many other businesses, increasingly seek the rational use of processes, increased productivity, and better customer service. They are, therefore, facing the following issues: How would it be possible to achieve more operational results with fewer resources and at the same time generate value for the customer? How should we improve the management model to gain with integration, efficiency and increased economic-financial results?
