Annette Romualdo

Annette Romualdo , Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at University of Minnesota Duluth. Annette’s passion is to increase the inclusion of individuals with disabilities into the general education classroom, with an emphasis on post-secondary inclusion and transition. Annette has worked in both medical- and school-based settings promoting self-advocacy and empowerment. Annette regularly collaborates with disability advocacy organizations to amplify self-advocate and family voices within special education. Annette is also the parent of a child with an intellectual disability.
