Ansar Abbas

Ansar Abbas earned his Ph.D. at the University of Airlangga in Surabaya, Indonesia. He teaches as an associate professor at MYU (Muslim Youth University) in Islamabad, Pakistan. He published numerous qualitative and quantitative journal articles and book chapters. Key areas of study that he pioneered include leadership theory, leadership psychology, modern slavery, the development of human capital, the study of both positive and negative psychological traits, the study of spirituality and spiritual intelligence, the development of research models and frameworks, studies of well-being and positive psychology, and the study of positive emotions. In addition, he is extending his knowledge by participating in various practical academic activities that promote the development of research, such as acting as a reviewer, editorial assistant, and editor for several national and international publications. He has worked in management, administration, higher education, and research for 15 years.
