Abstract

The analytical triangle, a social psychology concept, is crucial in implementing change management strategies. It involves a triangular configuration mediating between individuals and the external world, subject and object, and imagination and actuality. This literature synthesis explores the strategic management and leadership intentions of businesses, focusing on transformational leadership theory and the use of novel communication strategies by global leaders.
