Isolde G. Kanikani

Isolde Kanikani, as the Advisory Delivery Lead at Plat4mation, she brings over 20 years of experience in change management, organizational development, and digital strategy, helping clients achieve transformation and build lasting change capabilities. Her background includes founding two businesses and leading teams across various industries. She holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, alongside certifications in Prosci, APMG Change Management, ServiceNow, Lean, and Six Sigma. She's passionate about bridging academic knowledge with practical business solutions and is dedicated to fostering a growth mindset within organizations. In addition to her role at Plat4mation, she serves as Vice President on the global board of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and founded FUTURE, a network for innovation in change management. Kanikani frequently speaks at conferences on topics such as transformation, governance, and values management, and has contributed to multiple publications.
