Jayaranjani Sutha

Jayaranjani Sutha is working as a Senior Lecturer at Eastern University, Sri Lanka. She joined Uva Wellassa University as a Lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences in 2010 and promote as a Senior Lecturer in 2015. Prior to coming to Uva Wellassa University, she was a visiting lecturer at the Open University of Sri Lanka and worked as a Program Officer at World Vision Lanka, in Humanitarian Emergency Affair Division. Jayaranjani Sutha received her B.B.A. and M.B.A from the Eastern University of Sri Lanka with the specialization of Human Resource Development. At the same time, she received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Jayaranjani Sutha’s teaching interest including Human resource development, training and development, Strategic human resource management and adult learning. Her primary research interests are in the field of adult learning and training engagement and motivation for training participation. Jayaranjani Sutha is a member of the Editorial team of International Journal of Management Research- Macrothink Institute, USA and International Journal of Business and Management- Canadian Center of Science and Education.
