Joel Fisher

Joel Fisher, PhD holds BChE degree from Cooper Union, MS degree from Vanderbilt University, and PhD degree from University of Pennsylvania. He had military service as a chemical ordnance specialist at a NATO research facility under the science direction of Nobel Laureate Ilya Prigogine. He later worked for US Department of Interior and then the US Environmental Protection Agency where was a senior administrative research scientist. He transferred to the US Department of State and had a diplomatic assignment as the senior science advisor to international treaty commissions concerned with air and water pollution and related public health issues, as well as advising on the work in various countries to study archeological sites and artifacts. He is in retirement in Arizona where he does private research on topics of personal interest.
