John G. McNutt
John G. McNutt is Professor in the School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. Dr. McNutt is a specialist in the application of high technology to political and social engagement. His work focuses on the role of technology in lobbying, e-government and e-democracy, political campaigning and deliberation, organizing and other forms of political participation. He has conducted research on professional associations, child advocacy groups, consumer and environmental protection groups, social action organizations and legislative bodies. His most recent work looks at Web 2.0 political change technology and e-government and fiscal transparency. Dr. McNutt has co-edited or co-authored four books and many journal articles, book chapters and other publications. He regularly presents at National and International conferences and sits on several editorial boards.
