Kelley S. Regan

Kelley Regan is a Professor at George Mason University affiliated with the Division of Special Education and Disability Research in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD). She has served as a special education teacher of students with learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, and autism at the elementary and middle school levels in public day schools or self-contained settings. Prior to GMU, she served as Assistant Professor at The George Washington University where she prepared teachers of students with emotional and behavioral disorders. She received her PhD from George Mason University. Dr. Regan has been PI or Co-PI on state and federally funded research projects, including eCoaching to support inservice teachers, writing instruction with the integration of a technology-based graphic organizer, and an NSF project to provide computer science instruction for students with disabilities. She has managed federally funded projects related to program improvement and the preparation of leadership personnel. She has secured over $10 million dollars in funding.
