Master's degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), 1995. Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at Unesp, Marilia campus. Research Productivity Scholarship (PQ-1D) of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) in the area of organizational intelligence, information management, knowledge management and information culture since 2002. Leader of the Research Group Information, Knowledge and Organizational Intelligence. Coordinates the research project Organizational intelligence and social intelligence in the context of the big data: data analysis for the generation of competitive differentials. Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Information Science (PPGCI), Unesp, management 2017-2021. Organizing of several books in the Information Science area.
