Michael Sony

Michael Sony is at present Faculty at Namibia University of Science & Technology, Windhoek, Namibia. He received the PhD Degree from Goa University, India in the year 2015. He holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Goa University. He was a University topper in the year 2008 at the Master of Engineering with a Distinction. He is also a certified Energy Manager and Energy Auditor, from Bureau of Energy Efficiency India, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TPM. He has Industrial Experience in Goa Electricity Department, Government of Goa, India etc. He also has consulting experience in the area of quality management in various multinationals in India. He was to his credit more than 35 international journal articles, 10 conference papers, two books and has guided students at Bachelor and Master of Engineering & Master of Business Administration. His research interest includes Quality Management, Industry 4.0, Productions & Operations Management.
