As a healthcare administrator, the editor is always determined to achieve the requirement of healthcare organizations by giving the best and getting the best from employees. The editor can create as well as manage a sustainable and profit-making operation with available resources. Healthcare manager is not a job for the faint-hearted, and as a Chief Executive of the department, the editor bears ultimate responsibility for the smooth functioning of the hospital. The editor has a decade of experience in hospital and healthcare management. Currently, the editor is working as Coordinator of Science Communication Skills at the Cape Breton University. The editor has completed a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, the United States, after a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management and Bachelor of Nursing from very reputed universities. The editor also has a post-graduate certificate in International Health from Central Michigan University and many other certifications from most reputed universities around the globe.
