Ragad M. Tawafak

Ragad Tawafak has published over 50 articles 28 conference papers and 7 book chapters with a respected journal. I’m doing multi-topics in Technology learning, E-Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Programming Languages, Linguistics, and many combined skills Ragad Moufaq Tawafak works at the Department of Information Technology, Al Buraimi University College. She got her PhD degree from the University of Malaysia Pahang in 2020. She completed her M.S.c. in computer science at Mosul University in 2000. Her bachelor's degree was in expert systems from Mosul University in 1998. Ragad does research in Information Science. Their current project is the 'BUC Electronic HR System'. and many e-learning publications, quality assurance, and acceptance models of TAM. She published 100 articles within respected journals and proceeding conferences of Scopus and Web of Science. She had an experience more than 23 years. She taught different courses related to IT Like (Programming 1, Programming 2, Data Structure, System Analysis and Design, Operating Systems, Advanced Data Structure, Software Engineering, Computer Ethics, Selected topics in Information Systems, Introduction to Information Systems, Information Systems for business, Software requirement, Advanced software engineering, Software architecture and design, Senior project, Basic Mathematics, Computer organization). She had different positions at AlBuraimi University College: Instructor, Advisor, Department Council Member, IS program coordinator, CS program coordinator, examination committee, and social community committee member.
