Rajnish Kumar Misra is currently Head of Academics at Jaypee Business School. He has more than 23 years’ experience in academics. He is also Adjunct faculty by invitation to Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK). He has conducted several training programs for both services and manufacturing companies like Reserve Bank of India, United Bank India, BHEL, IFFCO, Mahanadi Coal Fields, JK Tyres, HAL; and delivered lectures in Patni Computers Ltd., Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL – Sunabeda) and Areva T&D (ALSTOM) Limited on "Emerging Trends in Executive Career". His research interest area are Bullying, Employer Branding, Self & Leadership Development, Career Management.
