Ravindra Sharma

Ravindra Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Himalayan School of Management Studies, Swami Rama Himalayan University, and Dehradun, India. He earned his PhD in Management from the Uttarakhand Technical University, India. He holds Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Computer Applications (MCA). He also qualified for the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). He has published research papers in refereed journals such as Emerald, Sage, Springer, IGI Global, and Inderscience. He also published books on Employer Branding, HR 4.0, The Internet of Things and Businesses, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Entrepreneurial Innovations, and Green Innovations for Industrial Development and Business Sustainability with reputed publishers like Taylor & Francis Group, USA, and Nova Science Publishers, USA. He has contributed chapters to books published in Springer IGI Global, Tailor & Frances, and Palgrave Macmillan. His research interests include employer branding, entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0, and business innovations.
