Tugba Erhan

Tugba Erhan (Ph.D.) is an associate professor of business at Suleyman Demirel University. She earned her BA in English Language Teaching from Uludag University and PhD in Business from Suleyman Demirel University. She conducts positive organizational behavior research mainly focusing on job approaches of employees, sense of calling, and decent work. She teaches Organizational Behavior, Career Management, Contemporary Management Approaches, Perception and Reputation Management at undergraduate and graduate levels. She is the language editor of Sosyal Mucit Review ve Journal of Aviation Research (JAR), and the assistant editor of European Journal of Digital Economy Research.
