Management is the method of combining all cognitive characteristics into a single identity. The goal of character is compressive. The capacity to empathize and understand the viewpoints of so many others, particularly those from numerous different origins and civilizations, The capacity to recognize familial, educational, and neighborhood support is available, as well as the capacity to grasp moral and environmental standards for conduct. In educational practice, professional integration, experiential learning, and reflective technology application are advocated, and schools are required to establish the talent cultivation principle of sticking to professional qualities, highlighting school characteristics, promoting students' development, and serving social needs.
Basic education, vocational education, and higher education, as the three main bodies of education, need to be balanced and coordinated. Vocational education must serve society; focus on training high-quality workers and skilled personnel to meet the needs of society; build a mechanism for running schools in a diversified way that is oriented to the needs of industry; and implement a flexible and diversified personnel training model in combination with social practice so as to realize the dual functions of education in developing individuals and serving society.
