Editor/Author Biographies

Dr Jeetesh Kumar is Senior Lecturer at School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Dr Jeetesh earned his doctorate in Hospitality & Tourism from Taylor’s University Malaysia in 2015, Professional Master’s in Hospitality & Tourism from the University of Toulouse, France. Jeetesh is an Academician, Researcher, Trainer and Consultant. He has worked on consultancy and research projects at the national level and authored 35+ publications including research articles and book chapters and conference proceedings. He is an active member of several national and international associations, conference and journals including; Tourism educators association of Malaysia, Social Science and Humanities Research Association and Teaching and Education Research Association (TERA). The combination of research and academic training background helps Jeetesh to provide a solid foundation for students and peers to make immediate and meaningful contributions in the area of academia.

Manpreet Arora is Senior Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Commerce and Management Studies, Central University of Himachal Pradesh Dharamshala, India. With around twenty one years of teaching experience, she has varied interest areas. A Gold medalist at undergraduate and distinction holder at postgraduate level, she obtained her Ph.d in International Trade from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, India. She is an M Phil also from the same university.She is a throughout merit holder with meritorious ranks in 10th and 12th also. Her areas of research interest include Accounting and Finance, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Qualitative Research, Case Study Development, Communication Skills and Microfinance. She has been guiding research at the doctoral level and has worked in the area of Microfinance. As an active seminarian, she has attended more than hundred seminars/ conferences, and has visited several universities and colleges to deliver invited talks on Finance, Strategic Management, Qualitative Research, Business Communication, Interpersonal skills, Entrepreneurship and Skill Development. She is a motivational speaker and conducts workshops on communication and motivation. Having published more than 28 papers in various journals of national and international repute (including SCOPUS, WOS and Category Journals), she has also worked as content developer of MHRD ‘e-PG Pathshala’ Project and OER’s for IGNOU. She has written fifty book chapters in national as well as international books/handbooks/volumes published with Routledge, CABI, Apple Academic Press, IGI, Taylor and Francis and latest with Springer Nature etc. With four edited books in her credit she is a persistent researcher in the field of Management. She is an active social worker also and is working towards the protecting the rights of women.

Dr. Erkol Bayram is currently an Associate Professor in the School of tourism and hotel management, department of tour guiding, University of Sinop, Sinop, Turkey. Dr. Erkol Bayram has worked as an internal trainer and teacher in the tour guiding arena. Her doctorate is in Tourism Management from the Sakarya University, Turkey, and she completed her dissertation research on Tour Guiding in Turkey. Her core subjects are Tourism, tour guiding, tourism policy and Planning, women studies. Erkol Bayram has also worked as a professional tour guide in the tourism sector. The editor has many book chapters in the international arena and published her books as an editor in the national arena. She also has many book chapters under IGI GLOBAL related women, tourism and management studies. She has been invited for many talks/lectures/ panel discussions by different Universities.
