The choice of interpretivism was determined by the research purpose and research questions. The research method was applied to answer research questions. This is because methodological thinking requires understanding the characteristics of questions that have the capability of leading high-quality research (Loseke, 2017, p. 38). Questions addressed in this research should be clear to address the objectives of the study. The researcher evaluated studies conducted by other scholars in information science. Any limitation on credibility methods that are considered acceptable severely limits the ability of a university to serve the needs of an organization.
