Abstract

The motivation for this research stemmed from the need to strengthen the scientific and methodological support for the new wave of industrialization of Uzbekistan's economy, ensuring its active participation in the Fifth Industrial Revolution. This research conducts an econometric analysis of the factors influencing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises and develops recommendations for optimizing the impact of these factors on Uzbekistan's industrial production with examination of leading international practices. The paper's uniqueness is that it introduces, for the first time, a three-dimensional classification of the macroeconomic factors affecting the global competitiveness of Uzbek industrial enterprises. In the proposed classification, the first dimension pertains to the area of management, the second to the magnitude of the regression coefficient and the corresponding nature of its impact on global industrial competitiveness, and the third to the favorability of the factor's effect on the global competitiveness of Uzbekistan's industrial production.
