Abstract

In this chapter proposed by the authors, the importance of strengthening inclusive skills in teachers through agile change management is essential to meet the current challenges in higher education. This requires a leadership committed to equity and inclusion, capable of guiding its educational community towards a future where diversity is considered a valuable asset in the educational process.
