Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education, hybrid learning platforms have become a central mode of instruction, combining traditional in-person teaching with online learning. . This study investigates the role of hybrid learning platforms, self-efficacy, and technological readiness in shaping student satisfaction, with emotional engagement serving as a mediating factor. Using a quantitative research approach, survey data was collected from students in hybrid learning environments. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to assess the direct and indirect relationships between the constructs. Results indicate that both self-efficacy and technological readiness positively affect emotional engagement, which, in turn, significantly influences student satisfaction.This research underscores the need for educational institutions to focus on enhancing students' emotional engagement, as well as ensuring technological readiness and fostering self-efficacy to maximize student satisfaction in hybrid learning environments.
