Abstract

The merging of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics is bringing about a hyper-personalized era that is radically changing the financial services sector. In order to provide highly personalized financial products and services, hyper-personalization makes use of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to evaluate enormous volumes of data from many sources, such as transactional history, social media activity, and personal preferences. Financial organizations may provide highly relevant services by using machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics to uncover patterns and forecast client behavior. Hyper-personalization implementation, however, comes with a number of issues, such as data privacy problems, ethical issues, and the requirement for strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive client data.
