Abstract

Chapter three explores change management in organisations. It analyzes the psychological part of change management as well as the aspects of fear and resistance during a transition to digital transformation. The cultivation of transformation culture is one of the most important strategic shifts that require leadership at the sub unit and corporate level. Chapter 8 looks at ways of increasing creativity and innovation within groups as well as stressing the need to adopt an agile approach. It also examines the creation of sustainable strategic plans to transform the environment to digital.
