Abstract

The use of information technologies (IT) in strategic human resource management (SHRM) has become increasingly prevalent in modern organizations. This study aims to explore the integration of IT into HR functions and its impact on strategic HR practices. The use of information technologies in HR not only improves operational efficiency but also enables HR professionals to focus on strategic initiatives such as talent acquisition, development, and retention.
