Next, the author highlights neurobioethics' potential for melting the boundary between therapy and better human performance. Finally, the author shows how surrogate realities enhance the experiences and quality of life of individuals and how they can be used in clinical settings. It includes the importance of corporeal consciousness in studying mental disorders as well as the potential of VR in treating body image psychopathology.
