The
International Journal of Applied Research in Bioinformatics (IJARB) collects the most significant research and latest practices in computational approaches to bioinformatics. In addition to original research papers in bioinformatics, this journal emphasizes software and tools that exploit techniques to address biological problems, as well as databases that contain useful biomedical data generated in wet and dry labs. Containing articles on topics such as systems biology, protein structure, gene expression, and biological data integration, this journal presents a cross-disciplinary approach to the field useful for researchers, practitioners, academicians, mathematicians, statisticians, and computer scientists involved in the many facets of bioinformatics.

Mission and Scope
The mission of the
International Journal of Applied Research in Bioinformatics (IJARB) is to increase awareness of interesting and challenging biomedical problems and to inspire new solutions which can be translated into further biological and clinical studies. IJARB is aimed at researchers in the areas of bioinformatics, knowledge discovery, machine learning, and data structure, as well as practitioners in the life sciences industry. The journal encompasses discovery notes that report newly found biological discoveries using computational techniques and includes reviews and tutorials on relevant computational and experimental techniques for translational research and knowledge discovery in life sciences.

Editor(s)-in-Chief Biography
Vardan Mkrttchian received his Doctorate of Sciences (Engineering) in Control Systems from Lomonosov Moscow State University (former USSR). Dr. Vardan Mkrttchian taught undergraduate and graduate information and control system courses at the Astrakhan State University (Russian Federation) science 2010, where he is the Professor of the Information and Control Systems Department (www.aspu.ru). He is currently chief executive and rector and leader of the international academic scientist’s team of HHH University, Australia, (www.hhhuniversity.com). He also serves as executive director of the HHH Technology Incorporation. Professor Vardan Mkrttchian has authored over 300 refereed publications He is the author of over twenty books in information technology, control system theory, electronics, and cloud and virtual education technology. He also has authored more than 150 articles published in various conference proceedings and journals.
