The International Journal of Distributed Artificial Intelligence (IJDAI) focuses on all aspects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, with an emphasis on Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) as well as how to modify established learning techniques and create new learning paradigms to address the many challenges presented by complex real-world problems. Distributed Artificial Intelligence is a subfield of AI concerned with coordinated, concurrent action, decision making, and problem solving. The journal serves as an inclusive forum for discussion of theoretical and practical issues of DAI technologies and DAI systems while bringing together scientists from different areas of science as well as researchers from various fields studying similar concepts.

Mission and Scope

The mission of the International Journal of Distributed Artificial Intelligence (IJDAI) is to disseminate and discuss high quality research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) theory and application. It features innovative findings from various fields of science, engineering, and technology. IJDAI is an interdisciplinary journal that brings together researchers from academia, industry, and the government to discuss conceptual issues and implementation of issues using the AI approach in solving real-life problems. As a medium of communication among those researchers and practitioners with interest, the journal explores the benefits of the concepts, simulations, constructions, and applications of AI theories beyond disciplinary boundaries.

Editor(s)-in-Chief Biography

Saeed Balochian received BSc degree in Communication Engineering in 2005 and MSc degree in Control and Automation Engineering in 2007. He completed his PhD in Control Engineering in 2011 at the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch of Tehran. He had been an assistant professor in department of electrical engineering in Islamic Azad University, Gonabad branch (2012-2015). Currently he is an associate professor at Islamic Azad University of Gonabad. Also, he has published 60 journal papers in web of science and Scopus indexed journals. Also, he cooperates as an editor of two journals in Hindawi Publication and technical committee of many international conferences. His main research interests include fractional derivative systems, nonlinear systems, robust control systems and fuzzy control, multi agent control system and flocking and forming control.
