Mission and Scope

The mission of the International Journal of Semiotics and Visual Rhetoric (IJSVR) is to provide a forum for comparative, theoretical, and empirical research on the use and manipulation of signs and symbols in various forms of communication. Highlighting diverse cross-disciplinary applications within the fields of business, education, media studies, computer science, psychology, government, linguistics, and social science, the timely research featured in this journal aims to further the knowledge resources available to students, researchers, academics, and professionals.
