Georgios A. Kougioumtzis

Dr. Georgios A. Kougioumtzis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Turkish and Modern Asian Studies, at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, in the field of Counseling, ICT, and Teaching Methodology; a Visiting Professor in the School of Psychology, at Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus, in the field of Counseling / Educational Psychology, and Specific Learning Difficulties, and a Visiting Academic in the School of Social Sciences, at Hellenic Open University, Patras, Greece, in the field of Psychology / Counseling. He holds a Ph.D. in Pedagogics, Teaching Methodology, and Counseling / Teacher Mentoring, from the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology - National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has published 12 books by IGI Global (USA) and Grigori Publications (Greece) in the fields of Educational Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Specific Learning Difficulties, and Teaching Methodology and ICT, and over than two hundred (200) papers. He is married and the father of three daughters.
