Rudra Pratap Singh

Rudra Pratap Singh was born in 1983 at Chittaranjan, Burdwan, West Bengal, India. He received his B. Tech. and M. Tech degree in electrical engineering from Asansol Engineering (under the West Bengal University of Technology), Asansol, West Bengal, India and MBA in Power Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttrakhand, India, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Currently, he is working in the capacity of assistant professor in the department of Electrical Engineering, Asansol Engineering College, Asansol, West Bengal, India. His research interest includes the application of state estimation and optimization techniques in various fields of engineering.
