Xiaofei Xu

Xiaofei Xu: Professor and Dean of School of Software in Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), one of Top-Nine Universities in China. B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. from HIT. Research interests include enterprise computing, interoperability, modelling, resource planning and supply chain management systems, service computing and service engineering, databases and data mining, knowledge management, software engineering, and others. Leader of more than thirty Chinese national research and international co-operation projects. Author or co-author of over 300 refereed papers, four academic books and on editorial boards of nine academic journals. A member of the Expert Group of Computer Science and Technology in the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council of China, a standing member of the Council of China Computer Federation, vice-chairman of the Council of the China ERP Technology Association and was a member of the Expert Committee of Chinese National High-Tech R&D Program on Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems (1994-2004).
