Gunda Varaprasad Rao is a well-known Senior Cardiologist from India. He is highly qualified in his field and studied from reputed medical institutes in India and abroad. He is a specialist in Interventional, Heart Failure and Rehabilitation. He is associated with and Member of National and International Medical Bodies. After working in various parts of India and abroad for more than 15 years, now he is serving to heart and diabetes patients in the Nashik city of Maharashtra. He graduated with Gold Medal from MR Medical College, Gulbarga. After graduation he undertook two DNB fellowships in Medicine and Cardiology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and Madras Medical Mission, Chennai. He has completed his Ph.D. In Cardiology from New Age International University, Italy. He is also a Member of American College of Cardiology and Member of Cardiological Society of India. He worked in Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, UAE, UK and Italy. In his 15 years of practice he has treated thousands of patients, completed more than 10 thousand angiographies and thousands angioplasties. He is famous for his quick diagnosis of health problems and treating patients with love and care. He always wished to serve poor and needy patients and therefore in his work tenure at every place he has conducted hundreds of free camps for heart and diabetes patients in rural areas. He worked in Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, UAE, UK and Italy. In his 15 years of practice he has treated thousands of patients, completed more than 10 thousand angiographies and thousands angioplasties. He is famous for his quick diagnosis of health problems and treating patients with love and care. He always wished to serve poor and needy patients and therefore in his work tenure at every place he has conducted hundreds of free camps for heart and diabetes patients in rural areas. After working with various reputed institutes in India like SUT Hospitals, Trivandrum; Madras Medical Mission, Madras; Century Hospitals, Kerala; Fortis Hospital, Bengaluru; Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai; Gangaram Hospitals, New Delhi, now he is focusing on Heart Failure and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Presently he is working as a Consultant at NMH Heart Care Center, Niphad; Kasliwal Super Speciality Hospital, Nashik; Star care Hospital, Nashik Road; Dhanwantari Multispeciality and Heart Care Center, Nashik.
Sangeeta Dhamdhere-Rao is currently a Librarian and Associate Professor at Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Ganesh-Khind, Pune, India. She has more than 18 years of experience as a librarian. She has completed computer-related courses and has expertise in library automation and digital libraries. She has published more than 50 papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings and published two book. In 2008, she received a VLIR fellowship to attend the International Training Program STIMULATE-8 in Brussels, Belgium. She is receipient of couple of awards at national and International level. She is a member of a few LIS National and International associations and completed her PhD and working on multiple research projects. She is Editor of the Modern College of Arts Library E-Newsletter Granthavedh, Aakanksha magazine and Editorial and Reviewers Board Member of 10 international peer reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Library and Information Science, International Woman Online Journal of Distance Education, International Journal of Information Library and Society and IJBST Journal Group, etc.
