Professor of Management on Department of Management and Social Sciences, Open University, Lisbon (Universidade Aberta), Portugal. Guest professor in international universities teaches in courses of master and PhDs programs. Researcher at CEFAGE (Center for Advanced Studies in Management and Economics), University of Evora, Portugal. Author of several publications in national and international journals, books, and book chapters.
