Shuja Iqbal is a Ph.D. from Jiangsu University, China, in Management Science and Engineering, researching projects related to innovation performance of SMEs. Shuja Iqbal has experience in teaching and research in human resource management, organization performance, leadership, and innovation performance. He has several publications in well-reputed journals and many more in the reviews and submission process. He is also currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Jiangsu University, China, and researching innovation, digital transformation, and human resource management topics.

Komal Khalid is a distinguished academician and researcher currently serving as an associate professor of human resource management at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With an academic journey marked by dedication and excellence, Dr. Khalid holds a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, showcasing her deep commitment to her field of study. Based on over twenty years of extensive experience in academia and research, Dr. Khalid has established herself as a remarkable figure in her domain. Andi Cudai Nur has been a lecturer in Education Administration at the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University. Since 2013 She has been a home base lecturer for the Public Administration Study Program at the Postgraduate Master & Doctoral Program, a lecturer in State Administration Science at Department Administration Science FISH UNM until now. She is also the author of textbooks, modules, articles, papers, proceedings, Sinta & Scopus Indexed Journal. Active as a consultant, trainer, presenter, attending seminars, conferences, conducting research, and community service.
