Kholoud Kahime born in Marrakech, she obtained her Baccalaureate in “Experimental Sciences”. Afterword, she started his high university studies and was graduated in 2008 from Cadi Ayyad University (Morocco) with a bachelor degree in Biology, Environment option. She was graduated from Ibn Zohr University with Master’s degree in “Environment and Health Sciences” and she won university merit award. She got her PhD in December 2016 on Ecology, Epidemiology and Climate Change from Cadi Ayyad University. Pr. Kholoud Kahime is currently a lecturer-researcher at the School of Technology, Essaouira, Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech. Her research focuses on environment, climate change, health, food security and sustainable development. Her research has resulted in 22 articles published in indexed and prominent, influential journals, one of which is cited in the IPCC report, (2014), alongside more than 40 oral and Poster presentations was presented in France, Tanzania, UK, USA, Spain, Germany, Poland, Monaco, Morocco, Turkey, Brazil. She is a consultant for German development agency GIZ, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and IRD. In 2015, she was awarded the Prince Albert II of Monaco Scholarship and undertook specialist training at NASA. In 2016, was awarded the best researcher on climate change study in the Cadi Ayyad University. In 2018, she was nominated “Femmes leaders scientifiques du Maroc”. Currently, she is President of the International Center for Research and Capacity Building (CI2RC).
Moulay Abdelmonaim Elhidan was born in 1985 in Marrakech-Safi state (Morocco). In 2004 he obtained his baccalaureate, option; “Experimental Sciences”. Later he continued his university studies and was graduated in 2007 from Cadi Ayyad University (Morocco) with a bachelor degree in Biology. Two years later, Pr. El Hidan was graduated from the same university with Master’s degree. From 2011 to 2018, Pr. EL Hidan held the position of high school professor of Biology. At the same time he completed his PhD project and was graduated PhD in 2016, from Cadi Ayyad University, speciality Ecophysiology and epidemiology. Since 2018, Mr. EL Hidan was nominated as professor in the Ibn Zohr University (Morocco) and associate investigator in Cadi Ayyad University. Pr. EL Hidan is currently supervising several PhD and Master’s projects with different research interests aiming the scorpion venom toxicology and climate change effects on Vector-Borne diseases spread with more than 20 papers and book chapters in numerous international journals as well as being reviewer for several scientific papers in addition to around 40 communications in prestigious international congresses and symposiums.
